Come and join our hands-on baking experience run with Chef Tim Tracey at Dough Bakery’s HQ Kitchen.
Spend the afternoon making sourdough and brioche from scratch. You’ll build your own sourdough starter, shape and bake a seeded sourdough loaf, and create a blueberry cheesecake brioche to take home.
A glass of bubbles, canapés, and platters provided.
BYO apron and be prepared to get stuck in.
