Hands-On Bread Making Classes
We run hands-on bread making classes at Dough Bakery HQ in Upper Hutt. These classes are as-the-name-suggests ‘hands on’.
Chef Tim Tracey will teach you the technique then work alongside you while you make the goods yourself. You’ll leave with the recipe, the goods you’ve made and a full stomach from all the treats.
We also host private bread making classes which are perfect for team building events / special occasions. These are appropriate for 8 – 40 people. We have two price options available, one includes dinner.

Our Classes
Learn how to make the ultimate pizza dough (with toppings, of course) in Dough Bakery’s HQ kitchen!
This session will give you the confidence to be able to whip-up homemade pizza bases at home. Chef Tim Tracey will then teach you how to make a delicious tiramisu so you can create a full Italian feast.
Drinks, canapes and platters are all provided.
BYO apron and prepare to get stuck in!
Please wear covered, flat shoes and have long hair tied back.
