Join chef/owner Tim Tracey in the Dough Bakery HQ kitchen and learn how to make Sourdough and Brioche from scratch.

The class runs for 2 hours from 2pm. All ingredients and recipes are provided and you’ll take home everything you make.

Snacks, beers and bubbles included. Bring an apron (if you have) and wear sensible shoes and please tie back any long hair.
