A hands-on baking experience on Mother’s Day weekend, run with Chef Tim Tracey at Dough Bakery’s HQ Kitchen.
Spend the afternoon making sourdough and brioche from scratch. You’ll build your own sourdough starter, shape and bake a seeded sourdough loaf, and create a blueberry cheesecake brioche to take home.
A relaxed, shared session designed for mothers and daughters (and sons!) to spend time together in the kitchen while learning practical baking skills.
A glass of bubbles, canapés, and platters provided.
BYO apron and be prepared to get stuck in.
