Chef Tim Tracey will teach you how it is done, you just need to show up and give 1.5 hours of your time.
THE DETAILS:
Wear flat, covered shoes (no jandals in the kitchen please!)
Baking starts at 8am, finishing at 9.30ish
If you have long hair, please tie it back
Baking will be in the HQ kitchen, 12 Railway Avenue, Maidstone, Upper Hutt
