Community sourdough project: Sunday 14 December

Come to Dough Bakery HQ and help us bake a batch of sourdough to gift to a deserving organisation, cause or charity.

Chef Tim Tracey will teach you how it is done, you just need to show up and give 1.5 hours of your time.

THE DETAILS:

  • Wear flat, covered shoes (no jandals in the kitchen please!)

  • Baking starts at 8am, finishing at 9.30ish

  • If you have long hair, please tie it back

  • Baking will be in the HQ kitchen, 12 Railway Avenue, Maidstone, Upper Hutt
